/   ARTIST STATEMENT

Through my works I convey my own sensitivity, my view of the world and what makes me alive. I introduce my hopes, my fears but also messages that allow the possibility of a positive change in our society.

 

I started expressing my love for art through street art, especially through artivism. I am committed to creating art that lifts us up and speaks to mankind. Art must confront us with our strengths, but also highlight our darker areas so that we can become aware of them and transform them.

 

I mainly use in acrylics, and from time to time, when I want to convey a stronger, more instinctive/visceral and provocative energy, I use spray paint and dripsticks. Provocation can be beautiful when it expresses that survival force we carry inside us.  My art gives voice to that force.
